Customer Service Award March 2008

The Whitmore Arms has won the accolade 'Customer Service Pub of the Year 2008', which is awarded by The Publican newspaper. This is one of the highest accolades in the industry, so we are really pleased to have been so successful. We place a very high priority on customer service, and so it is very pleasing for our customer focus to be recognised nationally.

Margaret Orman, pub landlord with her husband Jim, won the following award from the British Iinstitute of Innkeeping (BII):

Licensee trainer of the year 2007 in managed and non-managed estates - sponsored by BII.
Margaret says:
